#### Introduction
Thank you for subscribing. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our policies regarding delivery, cancellations, and refunds to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for our customers. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
#### Processing and Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 72 hours of order receipt. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
#### Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled, without penalty, if the cancellation request is received before the order has been completely fulfilled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at support@automentor.app
#### Refunds
- Refunds: Upon request of a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. We do not control your bank’s policies on deposits / reversed charges, so please direct those questions to your financial institution.
- Credits: If the performance of our platform has not met the agreed expectations, we may issue an account credit. If you are issued an account credit, you agree to follow all guidelines and parameters agreed to (suggestions to improve desired performance).
- Non-refund items: Please note that delivered candidates will be non-returnable or non-refundable, as they are custom-made applicants for you specifically. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page.
