How long does it take to get started?

Because of our amazing team, you can get started in just a few short days. Once you have subscribed, our team goes to work setting up your account and approving your toll-free phone number. By the time you have completed the training, your account will be ready to go!

How many recruits can I expect?

Our goal is to contract fully-licensed "RTW" or "Ready to Write" agents for less than $150 each. So if you are on a $1500 account, you can expect to average 10 RTW's per month. Please keep in mind that you will have a 30-60 day ramp-up period, and there are MANY subscribers contracting RTW agents for less than $100 each.

Why do group interviews instead of individual?

While everyone's approach may be different, we have now delivered over 500,000 attendees to group interviews, and we have not found any significant difference in conversion metrics. Group interviews allow you to consolidate your time, but see the same number of people on average.

Can I put my own candidates in AutoMentor?

Because your candidates may not meet compliance regulations, we provide you with a personal booking page where any candidate you are recruiting from another source can book a time in your group interview calendar. This allows us to capture their opt-in and permission to receive SMS.

Can I share this with my team?

Absolutely. One of the best parts about AutoMentor is how you can scale to your downline. You can add user access to your account to have new builders interact with candidates, or you cna add multiple users to take interviews. Each user has their own calendar, booking page, zoom link, and pre-license code.

What if I don't want to collect money from my team?

One of the reasons we started AutoMentor was so we had a solution for this issue. Just have your team start their own $500 account instead of joining yours! There are no contracts, and we can upgrade at any time.

What if i need to pause my recruiting?

While we highly suggest finding another alternative (getting an upline / downline to take over), we understand that sometimes you need to pause your account. Your deposit will continue your pipeline moving for 14 days after pausing your account. If you are going to pause longer than 14 days, you will need to sign up again to get a new deposit on file.
